I cannot believe I have forgotten to keep this page updated as well. My April's Fool Prank was pretty good for FA, turning everyone that viewed the journal or photographs were turned into overly muscled giants with a muscle gut. first month of cutting is done. Lost 15 pounds this month alone, very nice. I am hoping to keep trimming down, though I need to work on the waist a bit more, so I'll cut back on cardio a little and focus more on some abs exercises, torso twists and side plate raises. This month wasn't as good as I really hoped for. The combination of stress from work and lack of sleep took its toll on me. I did manage to find my old MP3 player which had a really nice trance file on it that puts me to sleep with ease, providing I do not have the volume up too high. Seems I did lose a little more size, but I also lost some around the trouble area, so I'm happy with that. I just need to refocus on getting my flanks trimmed a little more during the next two months. May and June will be the last of my cut cycle before I start to blow myself back up. I am going to shoot for a bottom weight of 250, but if I can get under 260 I'll be happy. Stuck at home with the parents means my diet isn't the best, I do keep salads and boneless skinless chicken breasts on hand, plus some yogurt low-fat strawberry banana. http://www.jefit.com/members/?xid=731577 I now been using jefit to track my workouts and progress. I might start doing photos while at the gym. Rage Ironhorn is the profile name there. This phone is really nice, Samsung Galaxy Proclaim, thou the 45 dollar a month payment does cut into my saving routine. A necessary evil, I guess. Another month have gone by. . . where has this year disappeared to? Anyways, I have shifted my gears from triming to packing on size and power, but not a full on bulking mode. Trying to do what I can to get more fat removed from my mid section while adding muscle to the rest of me. So far, I think it's working better than expected. . . now if I can learn to get out of bed to hit the gym more often. New supplements plus a pancake mix that's designed to add in some needed protein is a nice change. Still have my lean protein shakes and eating them up like candy. Summer is a rough timeframe for me so many nice sweet things to eat, but the heat also makes me wanting to drink more. Water isn't the first on the list, sadly. Holy hell I really forgotten to do updates for here. Well it's a little early for here, but it had been a month since I did an updated measurements I'm eating like crazy now, so I'm gaining mass. Lifting like a wild bull too. I certainly admire your dedication to your goal, but please, please--for the sake of your long-term health--adjust your diet so that you shed some of the excess body fat. You may actually have to implement a calorie reduction diet to get body fat in check, especially your midsection where it is especially dangerous to hold a lot of body fat. I realize this may be painful to someone who loves to grow, but I guarantee you will actually look much bigger with less body fat. And then, at that point, you can implement a clean diet plan to slowly add lean muscle. Good luck to you! |
