You are one hot guy...

The only thing I could see that didn't quite match with that hot torso of yours would be the legs. I dont think you neglect them and some people say they are the hardest to "upsize", but I'm sure you would benefit quite nicely. In all honesty I can see you looking more or less like Adam400 from youtube where build is concerned. Ofcourse it's your perogative if you wanna get even bigger... : )

Adam is a good friend actually. If I were his size (particularly where the quads are concerned) I'd be quite happy!!

Legs have never been my strong point and as you say, I could benefit with more work on them!

I just need to eat and lift and get them sorted!!

I thought the same when I went a bit crazy with squat running then lunges today and there isn't a spot on my legs that doesn't hurt.

I think that's the key.

I have to remember to actually put blogs up about my workouts... I sometimes forget what I lifted!

At the moment, I am literally just eating and eating and eating as much as I can with a weight gain shake (PHD nutrition) added in for good measure.

I'm not so worried about losing the 6 pack as much as I am about adding size to my frame.

I think that in the next four weeks, I will start to refine and then for the final four weeks of this first quarter I will post up a typical diet plan for me.

I haven't given up on the quest, but unfortunately I've had a bit of a knock emotionally so it's hard to get motivated right now.

I'm tending to swim and do weights to maintain rather than build.

I'll be back on form soon!!

Just to give you an update!

I will be restarting to blog on Supersizechris!!
I'm back in the gym hardcore and using fitness as a way to stay positive with all the crap that's happened over the past two months (or two years if you count how miserable I was in a bad relationship!)
