Suffering from calluses Is anyone else having a problem with calluses on their hands? I remember when I first started lifting they were actually a benefit giving a little extra padding, but now they are just a nuisance and getting painfull. I tried doing free hanging pullups the other day but the pinch on the palms just feels so uncomfortable. is there any way to either get rid of them without causing pain? |

Wear weightliftin gloves, or use chalk and severe calluses can be avoided. Hand moisturizer with gloves at night will soften them to they are not as severe. |
