| I knew I had it bad... But not this bad! The "click" syndrome, that is. Namely, every handsome guy I see on Bigmuscle.com, Bigmusclebears.com, Realjock.com, or Gay.com, I click the "I like" / "Hot List" button. With very lopsided results: Bigmuscle: 2586 "I Likes" vs. 522 "Like Me" (4.9 to 1) Bigmusclebears: 2470 "I Likes" vs. 1257 "Like Me" (1.9 to 1) Gay.com: 2340 "I Likes" vs. 460 "Like Me" (5.1 to 1) Realjock.com: 2215 "I Likes" vs. 326 "Like Me" (6.8 to 1) It's enough to give a guy a complex -- I'm just not sure what kind! I don't know offhand what the comparable results would be for straight dating sites and the "click" ratios, but I'll bet you're not too far off. In another comparison (take it for what it's worth) mass mailing campaigns are considered a HUGE success if they get a return rate of 5% for every piece mailed out. Put in that perspective, you aren't doing too badly. One final thought: This piece of data: "Bigmusclebears: 2470 "I Likes" vs. 1257 "Like Me" (1.9 to 1)" The close correlation suggests that THIS may be your target demographic!~ Not too shabby! | I don't participate in any of the sites you mentioned, but you seem like a really nice person, so i'll give you my vote through here. Not sure if your doing this for online dating, if you are have you ever been successful? I am just sckeptical about the whole process of online dating it just seems too informal. I think that's why it attracts other people. I ususally go against the mob need to learn to go with the flow. |
