Keeping Balance So I've noticed that when I do free weights, my left arm can't lift the same weight as my right. Should I do separate weights for separate arms? Or just try to have my left arm struggle and make a fool of my self in the gym when it finally gives out haha |

Might drop weights you're using to what the left arm can handle instead. |

everybody has a stronger side and a slightly weaker side. its the way the body is designed. lot of it has to do with red and white muscle fibers splits. also how you were taught as a kid to favor one side more than the other. i would sugget drop ur weight 5 lbs do more dumbbell work and a few extra reps on the weaker side should correct it over time. |
