Looks like he had infections in both arms -- the surgeon has to remove the infected tissue (which means the removal of actual muscle tissue) plus the foreign substance - i.e., the synthol.

What a shame. This guy equated SIZE with being "a real man" and now he'll have even smaller arms, due to tissue loss. Hopefully he'll recover otherwise.
In a worst case scenario, people die from body wide sepsis (major infection).

That's actually not the 26" biceps guy. That's the young guy who had the pics with his buddy and both had super siliconed arms and nothing else.

Looking at the wound as well, you notice the discolouration of the muscle tissue, its pink as oppose to the flesh red. I doubt it's due to blood loss because that wound would have been sealed or he would have bled out. The content of the biceps just have been filled to the extent were there wasn't in fact much muscle. His arms were almost like, over stretched water balloons.
And this stuff is still available isn't it?

Oh wow it's really sad. That someone would go through that cause they feel "ugly" in some way, and then die because of what they were trying to get away from. I honestly think they arent stupid... they just needed some kind of psychological help.
