Breakfast: 10 egg whites - 40g protein 100g of oats (uncooked weight) - 70g carbs total ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meal 2: 200g Turkey Breast - 60g protein 120g rice (uncooked weight) - 90g carbs approx Green veg (e.g. broccoli) - 1 Tblspoon Udo?s Oil - 15g fat ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Meal 3: 100g Turkey Breast - 30g protein 100g rice (uncooked weight) - 75g carbs 1 tblspoon Udo?s Oil - 15g fat ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meal 4: 200g Turkey Breast - 60g protein 100g rice (uncooked weight) - 75g carbs 1 dessertspoon Udo?s - 10g fat Green veg - ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meal 5: 200g Turkey Breast - 60g protein 1 dessertspoon Udo?s - 10g fat Green veg - ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meal 6: 10 egg whites - 40g protein ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After training: 150g Turkey Breast - 45g protein Calorie Breakdown (note: these are an approximation but serve as a good guide) Protein: 335g 1340Kcals Fats: 50g 540Kcals Carbs: 310g 1240Kcals Total calories: 3120 I'd love some feedback I'm 6ft 1, 85kg's, naturally very very slim, I've added 15 kg's in last year. now That's serious well done, Irish. not a nutritionist, but I'd increase fat a bit so its 20% calories.. just leave 1-2 yolks in, or add some walnuts. most important is to track progress, so you can adjust according to results. __________________ . And of course, I won't mind asking how much your grocery will be costing since different places have different prices... But that's a lot of turkey meat to get. And how on Earth you find time to consume all this? |
