 UK 300lbs Muscle Worship Hi Everybody, I am well on my way to becoming 300lbs of muscle and was wondering if any of you would like to join my journey. I have been training for 8 years natural now (Although I supplement and eat like a pig!!!) I am going to post monthly updates which include video and pictures. | These statistics we taken cold on 16th july 2010 by professionals (been rounded up to inches) Height 6ft1 Age 25 Weight 233 lbs Arms 17.6 Chest 49.6 Neck 17.4 Forearms 15.6 Waist 37.9 Bodyfat 14.9% Calves 18.2 Shoulders 54.0 Thighs 28.0 The current are one max reps (KG) (Estimated) Bench 144 Squat 204 Deadlift 269 Bicep curl 82 Overhead Press 104 Barbell Rows 183 |
