| Inspired I've been working out on and off for about 3ish years. This past June, a friend of mine convinced me to come work out with him. He was in great shape, worked very hard, which inspired me to give it all I had and see what happened. His hard work and determination quickly rubbed off, and I was hooked. I began to enjoy pushing myself to the limits. I completely changed my diet, and was sprinting each morning and lifting hard & heavy in the evening. Now, 4 months later, I've added 2+ inches to chest, arms, legs, shoulders, etc... and have a 6 pack for the first time ever. My arms finally fill the sleeves of my shirts and my chest/back is huge. When I look in the mirror, I have to look again to make sure it's really me. Anyone can change their body if they set their mind to it. Stop thinking/dreaming about it and make it a reality.     |
