| Thanks for the comments guys, it helps to think about them as I'm near passing out on the treadmill trying to drop the last ten pounds keeping my abs from popping. Since I my first post in this thread I've lost 3-4lbs, am showing some abs, delt striations and (for the first time) outer calves. | Quick progress update - got down to 175lbs and a six pack but after a 10 day break was back up to 184lbs but abs still visible. Have greatly improved my weakest spots - lats, quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, abs.
