Living Penis?

I would like to see a story where a guy finds out his penis is autonomous and he must just go along with the flow although it is a very symbiotic relationship.

I think there was a story kind of like that by Neal Gaiman in one of his short story collections. Not exactly, and not terribly sexy, but close to that.
Can't remember the name though, sorry.

There's also a story by Paladin at mcstories.com where his sperm tries to take over the world.

I read a manga once called Parasyte (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parasyte) where something similar to what you're suggesting happened. In the story, an alien takes over and replaces a guy's arm. The parasitic alien can transform himself however he wants. And they have to learn how to work together, etc. etc.

One panel of the manga in particular always intrigued me...

The Neil Gaiman short story is "Foreign Parts", in the collection Smoke and Mirrors.

One of my favourite authors.
