currnet contest prep

cardio shoud be 4 days per week 30 mins

diet should be

meal 1 cup of oats 10 eggwhites 2 yolks
meal 2 10oz ground turkey 93/7 lean 8oz red potato
meal 3 8oz steak 1 cup brown rice or 8oz yam salad oil vinnegar 1 table spoom olive oil

meal 4 same meal 2
meal 5 8oz chix breast 2oz raw brown rice pasta cup vegg
meal 6 10 eggwhites cup vegg

PWO shake 50g protein


i will be increasing cardio starting next week

cardio is doen on empty stomach

with 2000mg liquid L-carnatine 8 oz black coffee and 81 mg asprin.

cardio speed 3.5 and incline 4.0


workouts are still high volume 12-20 reps moderate to heavy weight
