| Pecs cast a shadow First time starting a thread, hoping this is the right place for it. I just recently notice that my pecs are starting to cast a shadow over my abs... anyone else remember the first time they noticed this level of growth?     |

| I haven't noticed any shadows, but I've been doing a lot of pullovers to develop my upper chest/clavicle tie-in region and this morning during a physical my doctor started prodding my upper right pec asking if I'd noticed the unusual swelling in that region, then said I had the same swelling on the left pec, then asked if I'd been doing chest exercises. | I've always had a thin shadow under my pecs, but within the past three months, it's deepened a LOT. It is a pretty exciting feeling.  |
