It's not as impressive as the rest of your physique but it's not noticeably out of proportion to the rest of you. Just keep working hard...it will come up. For me, doing push-ups on non-chest days was a way to supercharge my pecs.

I do. I'll post some soon. Just got out of work and am currently dead tired.

haven't seen this thread before, so I have the advantage of viewing a year, compressed, and I have to say, very nice progress indeed! traps, shoulders (THE important power-look muscles for a man) and lats stand out as strong parts. From experience, you probably look 200% better irl than in pictures.

Chest is lagging, and you may be letting shoulders take over on chest exercises. If so, try to do chest right after shoulders (yes, I know, not your classic split, but very useful from experience), so the chest muscles have to do the work, since the delts are already fatigued.

Your observations about my chest are spot-on (and very welcome). I've only recently learned how to hit it. Definitely an area I'm working hard to catch up on.

So I had a bit of a setback as far as fitness goes. Out of the gym for about a month and submitting to all sorts of impulses. I got my head back in check (I have severe ADHD and occasional bouts of depression) and starting day one of a new project: to get back to where I was a month or so ago - with a more healthy mental/emotional state, and then to SURPASS that, connect to the beast inside of me and unleash it. I'm not looking to get super freakishly huge but I want to look and feel fully in touch with my strength.

So day one begins today. I'll be taking progress pics but I'm not really comfortable sharing my current state of disrepair, so to speak.

Here's the latest:

Weight is around 200-202, not sure what my bodyfat % is (probably in the mid 15% range). Hoping to get down to 185-190/10% soon. I've been losing around 1-2 lbs a week so this seems doable. Once I get to the goal weight or whatever I'm going to maintain it for a little bit then work on adding muscle while maintaining what I hope will be an 8 pack. A couple of days ago I was at 199lb and wish I would have taken some pictures but here are some now at what I estimate is 201/202. Now that I'm seeing more results - or more of the ones I want to see - I'll try to post more often.

A friend of mine entered a bikini competition this past weekend and while I sat there for 8 hours it dawned on me that I need to compete. I think I'll be doing a bodybuilding show some time in 2013. So needless to say, this thread will (or should) get more interesting as I go further with that.
