Leo's Progress

Hey guys!

All right. It's been a really short time but I think you're so nice and supportive (and ohhh I need support) that I'm posting some pictures here.

Please, comment if you can and - please!! - tell me what you think. I'd love to hear some tips or even a "hey, stupid, stop doing that, you've grown nothing!" if you think so.

Actually I've been training for 6 weeks only, I never missed one day at the gym (I'm proud of myself! hehe), and actually enjoying it! I got some nice compliments already, like my boss who asked if I was taking steroids (which I'm not, sure!).

This time I could get some measurements, so here they go:
arms: 31.5 cm
thighs: 55 cm
chest: 93 cm
neck: 40 cm
waist: 81.5

I'm training with low weights yet.
Day A: back and biceps
Day B: legs and shoulder
Day C: chest and triceps

So, I'll post some pictures of an year ago, so you can get a start point to compare, ok?

Thank you all!!!
Leo

Somebody!...

...is getting firmer&tighter through the abdominal region. We'll expect updates in 6 weeks. The best sign is that you're ENJOYING it.For anyone, the results come too slowly if you hate every second you spend in the gym.If you really want it;&LIKE working out,you are doomed to success!Keep it up!

I second glam's comments. I can see some great obliques showing through, and you have come a long way mentally having got over your inital issues with the gym. Your now not only going regualy, but if you happen to miss one, will feel so bad that you won't do it again, and above all, like me, your enjoying the process! Well done on making it past the first 6 weeks * hands over certificate *, you see, many people give up at this point because they dont see the results quick enough. Your not going to be one of them, your going to grow huge! so well done! and keep growing...

Marc

Right on bro!! the first 2-3 weeks are the hardest it seems to really get motivated... after that it's easy sailing and relatively fast muscle-building for the first 12-18 months as long as you can hold onto that excitement, eat right, and rest!!

I can DEFINITELY see improvement all over... a little more definition to the pecs, a more defined and clearly observable bicep. Very good for 6 weeks - particularly considering what you started with!

Keep up the hard work!!

Keep it up bro, i see definite lean mass gains, you are on the right track. Plus, as a novice lifter, you should be able to pack on more size quite easily with consistent training.

Hey you all!!!

I know I've been away for a long, long time... but that's because I couldn't see any progress at all to post. Anyway, I missed you guys and thought I should post something else.

It's been 15 weeks since I started training. I wanted to know if I'm on the right track, and if there's any advice that would help. I was thinking of taking Carnitine to help me burn that fat that's been with me forever (heheh).

Other things, I've been eating like a pig, I hate exercises for my abs so I never do it. I've started a hard train indicated by my brother, who's graduated in Phisical Ed. and stuff.

Well, let's go to the pics. Please, be easy on me, ok? heheh Nevermind the horrible smile, and yes, I need some sun.

ps.: marco, all I want in my life is look like you some day!!! well, at least the body since to your face I'd have one million surgeries or be born again... hehe

WNB - WOAH!!! You may not be able to see the change in those pics but I sure can. Dude, you are clearly turning into someone who - to look at you - it's becoming no secret that you do train.

Those 15 weeks have been very good to you - keep up the hard work!! and incidentally - I like your smile. I also agree with you on the aspect of Marco - he's truly got it all.

Thanks for sharing and PLEASE keep us updated!

Hi weaknobody!,

Man, I think you chose a silly alias! because your going to get really big mate! Your doing VERY well. I have just studied your pics and i can honestly say that i too can see the changes in you. Your shoulders have definetly changed and your arms look more defined and bigger. I'd also throw in your foreamrs too, I think you have been working those hard. I also think your chest has changed some what. So well done, and keep going!

I definetly can see a change in you, I know what you mean though, its hard for any of us to notice the changes in ones self since, like you, we no doubt see ourselves in the mirror every day and thus dont notice the build up of those suttle but collectively huge changes in our physiques. Thats why it good to let others be the judge of it.

Keep growing man,

Marc
P.S. man you guys jsut keep feeding my ego. But weaknobody, you do have a good looking face, man and thats coming from a straight guy! and even though oyu hate doing the abs, you still oughta press on with them if you wnat a 6 pac, i do 50 situp in a row these days, I'm sure you can do the same its all about will power...
