Eric and Alcide? YES. Bill? Not so much.

That's going by the bodies. By the characters? Bill is good-hearted. Eric is evil in the most delightful way. Alcide is kinda blank but when The Joe Man is your actor then it doesn't matter who you are. That man could make almost any character sexy.

More seriously, did they morph Joe on the cover? Joe is a big boy but he looks bigger on the cover than he actually is. It's one thing if we go around making guys bigger in pictures. That's what we do and it's HOT. But that shouldn't be happening on magazine covers. Men who work hard on their bodies should have their REAL bodies shown, not artificial ones that say "you're good but not good enough." I hope I'm wrong.

Spoiler Alert! (I guess... I read the books, for whatever THAT's worth- the HBO series diverges from the books regularly)

In the books Alcide is just the most wonderful guy and he and Sookie do have a fling (she kind of gets around, which made the reading so much fun), but Alcide is about twice the size of Joe Man and very hairy, but with the "heart of gold."

However, the Alcide character was pretty much done in the books and Sookie moved on, but Joe Man has dazzled enough folks with that body to be written back into quite a few episodes this season as I understand it. Never underestimate the power of pecs and abs, it would seem.

Wait to see if they include the Quinn character sometime, another muscle monster (Charlaine likes her heroes hefty), who Sookie has a romp with as well.

Such a guilty pleasure, those Harris books.

I've had the biggest crush on Joe Manganiello, for a long time.
He is one of the hottest guys out there.
Thanks for the video.
