| It's about time! Well guys, I've been a member on here for a long time. I've tried to offer words of encouragement to many of you over the years. I've finally gotten my bod to the point that I'm willing to share pics. Current stats: 5'9" (175cm) 229lbs (104kg) neck- 17.5" (44cm) chest- 50" (127cm) arms- 18.25" (46.5cm) waist- 36" (92cm) quads- 26" (66cm) calves- 19" (48cm) Here are my current pics: http://profile.imageshack.us/user/bigwoof/ I hope to post more as my growth continues the rest of the year.     |

| Brief Update Although I don't have any new pics, I am pleased to report that I eclipsed my previous bench press maximum today at 335 pounds / 152 kg.  Overall weights continue to increase as does my thickness. Bodyweight is 231lbs/ 105kg and waist continues to shrink. |
