Yeah, I know the guy that was iHulkOut personally. What you'd think people could keep discrete, apparently they can't. Don't ever show you face on a forum like this: there are more assholes in this world than you would believe. Same goes for your voice, etc. It's sad we can't have fun on the Internet like we used to! |

Annoyingone, he was part of a segment on the Comedy Central series, Tosh.0. The host of that show shamed him by posting videos of his on the show. After that episode aired, he closed all of his accounts and disappeared. It is a lesson to all of us to only trust people you REALLY know and not become a public figure. This could happen to any of us. Sad, but true! |

A Flex, Bounce, and arm crossing Hey, just had my first good workout in 2 weeks due to illness, but I think I haven't lost any mass. I'm stuck at 220lbs, trying to get up to 230lbs but seem to be at a plateau right now unfortunatley. I don't have a training partner, so these results are all from light weights. I can't lift heavy or go to failure because I don't have a spotter, so I think thats the main reason I'm stuck at my current weight. |

You and TopHeavy are two of the luckiest guys on Earth to have such unusual genetics! If I had pecs like that, I don't think I could concentrate on anything else. I really like where you're at right now sparky, but I know you want to get bigger so I won't fault you for that! I hope you figure out how to get past the plateau. |

Thanks Raven, it took a lot of hard work to build my chest like this, especially considering I used to have really bad gyno. That was actually the motivating factor behind me working really hard to build I chest I could be proud of. Good back and shoulder workout today, but finished up with pushups. Here's some more pec bouncing. |

What do you feed those things? Your chest must respond to every workout because not every guy can inflate their pecs like you do. Whoever did your procedure to get rid of the gyno did an amazing job because I would have never even noticed! Thank you for your videos! |

At my biggest yet! New vid time. Changed my diet around significantly, and seems to be working really well. I'm at 225 lbs now, and still pretty lean. There's an animalistic side of me that is desperate to find out what I would look like if I actually took steroids or test/gh or something. I think my body would respond and blow up like crazy. Enjoy. |

I can definitely see the 'animal' in you sparky! Oh and I know two body parts that would respond well to 'extra' supplements. You definitely have gorgeous pecs and you love to rub them which tells me that you enjoy the extra padding too. Do what you feel is best and that is all that matters. |

Sparky progress stats From August 3, 2011: "....I'm 24 right now, 210 lbs, 18.5 inch arms when pumped, havent measured chest. My goal for my pecs right now is to be TopHeavy's size." You gained 15 pounds from August to February? 6 month period= 2 pounds per month -- in all the right places! Keep up the good work! |

That was an amazing one sparky! Judging by the panting, I wonder if you can actually turn yourself on sometimes. You don't have to answer, but you are very attractive. We got to see a little more of your face in this one and I really liked what I saw. I may sound like a broken record, but your pecs are mesmerizing. The way you flex and bounce them are very erotic and the sounds you make are awesome too. I hope I didn't embarrass you. |

If you had access to a pullup bar, a dip bar and a powerblock (max 50 lb.) dumbbell set, what would you recommend to someone new to lifting? |

Hey jaxx, I would say no matter what workout you're doing at the time, always do dips in between sets, really let yourself hang low to stretch your pecs, and blast back upwards keeping your pecs tense. You can use the powerblocks for raised pushups right, since I'm assuming theyre square. Do the same with pushups, hang low to stretch the chest muscles, keep your shoulder blades back as far as you can and don't let them move while you pushup, only use your chest for the pushup. Hope that helps. Oh, and how old are you? If you're under 21 your ribcage probably hasn't set yet, and I suggest doing pullovers. That will enlarge the ribcage which is the foundation for your pecs. The bigger your ribcage, the larger your pecs can grow. |
