ive heard so much and seen the potential it can do when used properly but is so expensive is it really worth buyig what do people think

To get your money worth, you will have to use it every day for at least 6 months, minimum 4 iu. And you should start when having a maximum 15 % body fat. It can take it down to 8% after a year.

I'm keen on using this and from what I have researched 4iu per day would be necessary for the kinds of gains I am seeking. Unfortunately the cost here is pretty prohibitive. Hopefully I can get onto this in the future, however.

Exclamation ILGF-1 Check

Get your "insulin like growth factor -1" checked - simple blood test - majority of men up to about age 60 will have normal levels and DO NOT NEED the HGH. After years of serious training, my natural ILGF-1 levels have gone up all by themselves to the average level of a male 10 years younger than I am. It is not the same as testosterone, which can naturally drop as you age despite all efforts to stay in top physical condition. HGH can do serious damage to you.
