Beginner massive bulk up program for home

Hi. Im just starting in the world of bodybuilding and for the moment a gym membership isn't a possibility, so i was wondering if anyone could give me a program for bulking up at home. I have dumbbells up to 20 pounds each (total of 40) and a bench. I appreciate your input and advice.

For a "program", combine an existing normal program with common-sense. I'd suggest having a look at this beginner's routine, as a starting point for making a program.

Now, obviously, you're very limited in what you can do in terms of squats, for instance. So substitute out for lunges, which are usually done at significantly lower weights. If you're really a beginner, you can do dumbbell bench press, no problem... when you find the weight too easy, switch to bench flyes. Bent over rows are a dumbbell exercise already, and when that becomes too easy, you could do bent-over flyes (which are more for rear delt, but will still work the back). Stiff-legged deadlifts will work with dumbbells, as will bicep curls (dumbbell instead of barbell, though) and calf raises (if it becomes too easy doing them the normal way, switch to one-legged calf raises).

if that thats only equipment you have to be honest mate you cant really do a lot to help bulk up.

what u need t do is prepare for when u do get to a gym and get the foundation sorted in training so eating exercising sleeping get all this down and regualr as a foundation so when u do start going to the gym u wont waste time not know what exercises to perform etc u can go and get gains quick
