Exercise Database I found this database of exercises broken down into categories by muscle group and thought I'd share. I've learned from it already, and I think it's too good a resource to keep to myself. http://www.criticalbench.com/exercises/exercises.htm I especially wanted to post it for guys who are in the same position as me and are just starting out. The site has descriptions of how to perform the exercises, as well as pics and videos. I'm unfamiliar with a lot of the exercises they have listed, but it seems like a great tool to learn about them, and there are a ton of them. I suppose even for you more experienced guys, this could be a good source of variety for your workouts. |
