Pec Exercising

How often? I've seen a guy at the gym, his pecs r humongous, but I swear I think he works on them like every other day...isn't that bad?

Depends on how the person is training.

A person can do a full-body workout three times a week, without any problems. But if you have a dedicated chest day, on which you push the chest as hard as you can, then once every second day is probably not a good idea.

Personally, I hit the chest once a week, directly. It would also get some minor working out on my shoulder day. If I were going to up it, I wouldn't do more than twice a week.

Muscles grow when resting and recovering from exercise, just like anything too much can be a bad thing. Everybody is different some people respond better to exercise and diet than others it takes time to figure out what works best for you. Its not a good idea to mimic another person's program because it probably will not work as well.
