| I've always thought looking for pix on the Internet by time period or genre was a particularly hopeless activity...but maybe you'll have better luck than I have! For something perhaps a bit more accessible, you might try looking for anything by or about Physique Pictorial and the "beefcake" magazines of the 30s-60s.
