| The Russians are coming! Genetics may have a large aspect to do with the wave of engorged Russians popping up every where but I suspect these muscle-heads have to thank some Russian Chemist for his good work and their unique level of thickness. | Here, Oliver_Adzievski is almost shocked at the ease of performing his cable crunches; as if his engorged muscles just told him, "just a few more...I want all of your steroid infused blood,": A lot of the Russians show very little strenuousness to the heavy routines. Where are the failed reps, the shouts, the cheating like in an American gym video? |
