Need Help Keeping Weight

So i'm back in college, and over the summer I gained about 20lbs from lifting and eating basically what I wanted. Since coming back and being back in swim season, I've lost almost 10 lbs! I have an unlimited meal plan so I eat as much as I can whenever I want, and lift hard 3 days a week. I've been drinking Mass XXX which is what I used during the summer, but I keep dropping lbs...any advice on how to reverse this?

Well, if you are a competitive swimmer it may not be to your best advantage to carry extra weight. As long as your gains have been mostly lean muscle you should be able to keep most of the weight on. You may also be over training, with swimming and lifting you may need to eat more to keep your gains. If you are not lactose intolerant, whole milk is great at keeping the weight on. Once swimming season is over the best way to bulk up is an intense squatting routine with a high protein, high calorie diet.
