1 year's difference Hey all. One year ago today, I decided to kick a 5-year smoking habit and change my life. After a couple months I started lifting, and while I had to take a few long breaks, I generally kept at it. Since today is my 1-year anniversary, I wanted to compare my before+after, with a picture taken the day I quit, and one from this afternoon. Taken exactly 1 year ago (click me!) Taken today (click me!) ...and there's a whole bunch of inbetween pics on my bodyspace, which I'll make my sig. Your body is looking fantastic musclekid. The stomach is noticeably flat and you are quite toned everywhere else. Taking a year at a time is a great plan and you are already seeing results. Good luck! |

Thanks for the encouragement everybody! yeah, in the past, though right now i'm doing a 2x/week upper/lower split where I don't have time or energy in my lower workouts to do lunges (after squats and leg presses or deads and leg presses :P) I am on bodyspace.... __________________ http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/nahbrah/ |
