| Okay, so question: WHY does he put the coconut oil in at the end, instead of using it to cook the eggs in? Instead why does he cook the eggs in PAM, which makes the them taste awful, as I can attest to? |

| Well Stoneman, I guess he doesn't mind the taste of PAM because it probably replaces butter and he most likely trained himself to like it. | Cocoanut oil Cocoanut oil (I am an old-fashioned Canadian, hence the spelling) helps with fat loss, since it contains mono-chain triglycerides and capric and caprylic acid, as well as linoleic acid and lauric acid. It has so many health benefits for bodybuilders that it ought to be a regular and important part of their diet. |

| Yes, I know how good coco(a)nut oil is, I have used it myself, but my question was, Grubby, if you had bothered to actually read my post, is why doesn't he use the coconut oil to cook the eggs in instead of just putting it in at the end like that? Coconut oil has the same smoking point as butter, so it's not like you CAN'T cook eggs in it. It makes no sense to me, and it makes me paranoid, seeing as how I actually use oils for COOKING instead of just dressing. |

| Not only that, but if he'd used it as the cooking oil he might not have had to dry the hell out of those eggs. Eggs turn into leather REALLY easily, and they're so much better (and more digestible) when you don't dry them out. |

| blleahhh and the problem is that overcooking them burns the protein - makes it harder to digest and adds some nasty side chemicals. Don't know how bad a scorch is needed to cause that though. |

| I consume a lot of egg whites, most of them for breakfast. During the week and especially during the summer, I just make sure the carton is good and cold in the fridge, open it up and slam it back. Two cups of egg whites down the hatch in two minutes. |

| I was wondering why he used the stupid coconut oil instead of more eggs since he wanted the fat anyway, and he was adding a cup of egg whites. Then he said he only had two eggs. OK fine. But really, if he just wanted the flavor, he could've used a shot of coconut milk and more eggs instead of the coconut oil. |
