Angry Santorum Supports Are Not Intelligent!

Duh, speaking of intelligent, I put supports instead of supporters. Go me! :-(

http://www.yahoo.com/_ylt=AnpDC9G10l...190000669.html

This is not a jab at Republicans in general, but at people that support Rick Santorum. I hope no one here is planning on voting for this lunatic!

No way in hell would I vote for that man, a religious radical like him shouldn't have been allowed to be a senator let alone a candidate for President!

As a gay man I am honestly fearful for what might happen if he wins the presidency. Not just for my rights- but for my personal safety as well.

Hat, Santorum does not have the delegates to defeat Romney for the Republican nomination; however, he does have the power to prevent Romney from getting the nomination.

His only goal at this point is to take tiny bites out of each remaining caucus and primary and prevent Romney from getting the appropriate number of delegates to get the nomination in September. This is also Ron Paul's goal.

It could be an unprecedented move that gets none of the current GOP contenders the nomination and a new contender could emerge with only weeks remaining until the election in November.

I'm a definite left leaning moderate and it feels like the Republicans feel that position is dangerous radicalism. I actually think Romney is fairly moderate and would be a sane president (although his potential foreign policy sounds completely daft) if his party would let him govern that way.
The Republican rejection of his sanity combined with unmoored nationalist rhetoric we often hear is enough to disqualify any national Republican candidate. Santorum is especially vile in his craziness. It's shocking to me that he is doing as well he is. These people need a spanking at the polls so they can grow up and get sane people to govern.

The Democrats have lots of pro lems as wellbut we need to triage the most ill first.

I'm a registered Democrat, but my views have changed in the last decade. Both parties have shocked me to the point that I am actually thinking about changing my affiliation to Independent, and that it something I thought I would never change.

While Obama has had his blunders, he is the best bet at this point. This has got to be the worst crop of GOP contenders in my lifetime.

What makes political affiliations so crazy now is there are no liberals/progressives anymore. The GOP has went so far to the right that Obama can actually be classified as a left-leaning conservative. In other words, he is Reagan 2.0.

Both Ron Paul and Santorum are extremely radical and Romney, no matter what he tries to convey to the GOP base, is not anything other than a moderate. His Romneycare plan from Massachusetts will follow him into the general election.

I happened to see this photo on one of the news sites a few weeks back when Santorum was in Puerto Rico for their primary.

I sure wasn't going to vote for him before and the photo doesn't help his case. However my eyes were immediately drawn to the upper left. I think I may vote for one of those guys.

Rick Santorum is in definite need of some muscle growing, among other things... (wink at certain folks.) Thank you Bob, Tim, and Bob again. That was relevant to my interests.
