Lost A Friend Today..

I know this really usually isn't a forum for such serious conversations, but I figured that some people here would at least understand and relate. I had a friend a few months ago that was really nice, and he was working on getting bigger. I saw him today and thought I'd say hi...and what I found was awful. He turned into one of those super arrogant guys that calls everyone a fag and was so into himself. He was not always like that, at all. I even met him here, and he was super nice. He would cam with me for nothing, let me admire his progress. But now, all he cared about was the money. He told me to pay for a cam show, and I said I didn't have the money right now. And he said "You have no money, I don't care about you fag" and deleted me.

Why do guys think this is ok? Just because you have muscles does not give you the right to act like such a jerk...and what really sucks is that I really liked the guy and wanted to visit him sometime...

Anyways, I just needed to rant, and I figured people here would be able to relate. If this isn't in the right forum (like it needs to be moved to the off-topic forum or something) please forgive me, and just move it. Thanks everyone.

Very disappointing but disappointments are part of life. You find out early on the friends that are worth keeping -- and the ones that aren't really friends, just takers. He's a taker but you're NOT letting him take you, which is the best revenge.

When I read the title, I thought that you meant that a close friend had been killed or died, but now I can see what has happened. Someone who you have been supporting has decided that he now only wants people who can support him via money. In my opinion that means he was never a friend in the first place.

For a sec I thought he'd died. Turns out he was likely already dead. Cut your losses and try not to worry about this guy. He was probably conceited to begin with or thinks that being a jerk-off will make people hot and bothered. That kind of attitude for any reason in any situation leaves me cold. Avoid all contact with this guy.

Yeah musclelover, I can see why you feel that way. I am leery of giving away too much of myself to people also.

While gaining muscle can be a positive thing for guys, for others it is simply a gateway to monetary gain and has nothing to do with finding friends or being in a relationship. You have to be careful how you approach conversations on the chat sites because some guys are just trying to weasel you in and use you.

(I hope you all don't take this the wrong way but it has happened to me more times than you would ever imagine.)

I am sorry, but it sucks. Sucks sucks sucks. It's so hard and sucks so much. It truly does. No other word describes it. It SUCKS. But eventually we all have to imagine while we will go on to lead happy, healthy lives, people like him will never amount to as much as us.

that's one thing I'm dead set against becoming. While gaining muscle of my own is exciting and I do get caught up in it a lot, I still will maintain the person I've always been. I don't want to become the big muscle jerk like some do. And while I don't judge every guy who looks for money for cam shows and what not, I know it's just something I could never do myself. It would just feel too weird or something. Money is NOT why I entered this lifestyle.

Got off track there a bit heh. But I hope your feeling better about it, man. You'll be better off in the long run.

never understood why people change cockyness in a session camis always good and fun but in real life its sucha put off he needs to grow up and grow some balls i do sessions cxause i enjoy and the money is a bonus
