Muscle Genie: The Ectomorph

You are a popular guy at your gym. You come in from your morning grind at your house and are warmed up to get going in your routine. You socialize reasonably, but it isn't distracting to the other athletes around you. Notably, you have great camaraderie with all of the bigger guys because you understand their desires and their need to get huge.

You workout hard pumping iron, benching your body weight, doing deadlifts with some of the big guys, and even spotting for them. One of them even has invited you over to their place to just hang out. He is actually quite fond of you, but doesn't want to intrude in your personal life. He is very muscular and has relatively low body fat. He doesn't shave his body and stays naturally hairy. His pecs have that nice round balloon shape and his nipples always peek out from the sides of his tank. His abs have that hair that snakes through each separation that a lot of guys want. He has great quads that he has been working on for a while now to catch up to his strong upper body.

You are fond of this guy. You have seen him naked in the shower quite a bit and have caught glimpses of him at times. He never notices you looking though. You both have locked eyes before when you spot for him and have actually just stood there for a few seconds and did nothing. It is obvious you both have chemistry, but you are not his physical equal.

You take your shower like you always do after a workout and notice that there is no one in the locker room with you except this hulking figure that appears beside you. It startles you but you are not afraid of it. It hands you a bottle that resembles an energy shot and then turns around and walks around the corner. You go to look for it, but it is gone. The bottle doesn't say anything on it, but you gulp it down anyway. You finish in the gym and go about the rest of your day at work and then go home to sleep.

You start your routine as usual the next day and feel insanely good. You arrive at the gym and feel more rested than you ever had before. Your workouts are all of a sudden going to be life-changing. You start benching and realize that the weight you were using before is light as a feather. You tell your buff buddies to put more weight on the bar. When you lift up on the bar, you hear a popping sound and realize that when you did a rep, your chest actually grew. You did another rep and it grew again. It isn't long before you start going through your entire routine and your muscles kept growing leaving the guys there in awe.

Your growth is so jaw-dropping that your clothes that you normally wear are about to rip off of you. Your big buddy that is fond of you can't stop watching your growth happen in front of him. He is transfixed on you watching as your chest expands, your arms bust through the fabric, and your legs just explode in size. What should happen now?
