Working out horny Recently I've found that if I work out while horny my workouts are so much better. I have more motivation, more strength and more stamina. I also feel more competitive too. If I see another guy lifting more than me I'll up the weights I'm lifting. Whereas if I jerk off before I go or I'm just not horny, I don't find I train well at all and might even skip the gym. Anyone else find this? |

Definitely. I like getting myself worked up before a workout, then instead of jerking off, taking that horniness and channeling it into the workout. The testosterone is at such a high at that point, that it helps the workout. Best workouts have definitely happened when I was already horny beforehand, and of course it makes that post workout pump and flexing that much more intense and enjoyable __________________ Grow big. Being horny helps! I have to say that being horny before a workout definitely helps! What I REALLY like is when you are in the middle of a workout, and you're in the middle of a set, and you reach inside for some more power to make the next few reps, and--- you feel yourself boning up with the effort, and you bone up more with each rep! Before my workouts, I tend to read a couple of the stories floating around here. Nothing like being horned up before lifting. It's a really potent mix. Yeah that's the only downside. if you wear a loose fitting shirt, it's easy, providing it's long enough. Otherwise, it'll really standout. Funny, it's really hard for me to get horny during workouts. I'm just so focused that any arousal is immediately dissipated due to my focus and attention given to my exercises. |

Makes Such Sense... I'm going to try this. Thinking back, there have been times when I've been horny and gone to the gym, and those workouts were generally great. Never quite correlated the two before, though. What a great way to make practical use out of getting yourself horny. I recall reading something, somewhere, about testosterone and orgasms, and something along the lines of "you can get the maximum effect in terms of bodybuilding if you can orgasm only once a week, on the night before your main rest period". As in, if you work out monday-friday, orgasming on a friday night will essentially "reset" your body after having the testosterone build up over the week (otherwise, it'll start to decline again as your body interprets it as a situation where high testosterone isn't necessary). This could perhaps be a related effect, and I'd imagine that horniness would increase throughout the week, which would help towards this effect, too. |

Some interesting replies here. Please keep us posted if you try experimenting with us. I think the key is to work yourself into a good state of horniness but not past the point of no return. I think its important to focus on your workout while getting horny. Personally I couldn't do that with porn - it has to be workout clips or pics of well built guys - in my case, a lot of strongman/strength guys - that turn me on. After my workout after my last post above I hit PRs on all my leg exercises. I'm going to the gym tonight and will repeat the experiment. |

Well I had the oppposite experience yesterday. I was doing well playing around while looking at strongman clips on youtube and then thought it would be a good idea to switch to bearroulette as I've met a few guys on there who like to flex. I ended up meeting this very hot fit guy and couldn't say no to beating off with him. So I ended up feeling quite weak at the gym - didn't really hit the numbers I expected. So I guess the opposite is happening - when I'm not horny I don't have a good workout. |

I agree that working out horny gives me more of a charge than working out not horny. My only complain/caveat: I tend to be a lot more distracted by the other men lifting around me when I am horny, so I don't focus quite as much. I'll maybe take some extra time between lifts to watch a big jock bench 300+ or steal more glances of the bodybuilder practices his poses in the corner, etc. |

Being horny definitely helped this time again. I was training shoulders and legs and all of my exercises were with heavier weights than last time. The only thing I was missing was a built guy to "compete" with. There is really something in my theory for me. How are other people getting on. |

In my small town, I'm lucky if oone other person is in the weight room, even at my previous gym in town, having three other people training at the same time as me was a miracle. As for working out horny...well, I'mn 22. Not a teenager, but still in an almost constant state of horniness. I do have dfferent desktops on my tablet and phone with pictures of muscle guys to inspire me, and more often than not, I'm lifting with a semi-hard cock. Not sure if it affects my lifting or not, but I'd say that it puts you more on edge, so loong as you don't actually cum. oh yeah. it really helps to train when horny. i try to keep it as such everytime by taking a testosterone booster with my pre workout supp. i dont feel obsessively horny since i divert that energy into lifting and pump. i had a muscle worship session with the guy whacking my cock WHILE i was benching. Holy. Fucking. Shit. I was already having a pretty fantastic leg day tonight, then the last couple of guys left and the gym was empty except for me ... Well I've been doing this all wrong for YEARS! Get so horny just thinking about lifting that I typically jerk off before I go. Let me see if delayed gratification will help my gains. Was doing pretty well until last month but have been majorly slacking off lately.
