Fitgguy: watch me grow Hi guys, here it goes, I'm trying to build myself, I've seen people here being very supportive, so thought I'd share what I'm doing with you guys. I started an 8 week training programme about 2 months ago, and thought I'd share the results with you guys. All comments are welcomed, I'll try to post what I have done over the past 8 weeks. I'm on a week break from the gym, and planning to start another 8 weeks training next week. A link to my blog of the gym is here http://buildingmyself.blogspot.com/ Again comments are welcomed J. |

Hey, looks like im going to be the first guy to post on your new thread hehe Well, looking at your pics, you can definetly see a difference in tone and shape. Your body fat has definetly dropped, as it looks to be more clingy what with less fat under the skin. Keep up the good work, and above all, DON'T GIVE UP! Achieve your goal! Incidently, what do you wanna achieve? (toned athletic look, huge muscle bound monster...) Marc __________________ "Life is what you make of it" ... Great work so far, fitgguy! You made great progress in reducing bodyfat in those 8 weeks. I like your blog and also commented there. Keep up the great job. It might take a while, but the end result will be SO worth it. Remember, we're all here to encourage and help each other achieve our own goals (whatever they are). __________________ Donnie My Blog: Donnie's Diversions My MSN Space with pics & workout blog Jacksonville, Onslow County, NC, USA I'm reminded of the immortal last words of Socrates who said, "I Drank What?!" |

Incidently, what do you wanna achieve? (toned athletic look, huge muscle bound monster...) At the moment I'm trying to loose a bit of fat while building up a foundation at the same time, it's summer, and I'd like to be more confident to taking my shirt off. Ultimatly I'm looking to getting huge, as huge as I can get what are your stats? I still need to know how to mesure myself right, but what I know is my arms are 13", waist 32", BF 14% if anyone know's a site or something to show me how to messure properly, that'll be great |

Back to the gym Finaly got rid of my cold, so I'm back to the gym, it's so hard to go the first time after some time off, but once you're back into things it's fine. Details of my workout is on my blog. Does anyone know where Muscle Beasts blog http://musclebeast.blogspot.com went? I'm a regular reader of it but it seems to be offline lately. |

Fitgguy: the blog is still around, it's just at a new address: bigbrandon.blogspot.com Best of luck with your workouts... |
