Lower abs I'm looking for exercises that I can do for my lower abs where I can use weight. I been doing leg lifts and vertical kicks and that kind of stuff. I tried holding a dumbbell between my ankles but it's sloppy because my balance goes off when I put more than a few pounds. For upper abs and obliques and can load up the weight but I want my lower abs to match. Any ideas? |

Ankle weights. Just check them in Amazon website. Do remember that the reps & form are more important than how much weight you can use in an abs workout. |
