No doubt! BTW, I think young Alexey has a high percentage of Mongolian ancestry, which I think is responsible for his youthful, good looks. And before anyone slams me for some sort of racism, this is just something I noticed, and is not intended to be either a good thing, or a bad thing. Of course, if it makes one look 15 year younger than you truly are, it seems mostly a good thing to me. And I might try fermented mare's milk once, just to see what it's about, but I have doubts about its flavor. To be honest, fermented milk from any mammal seems suspect to me. I guess in any culture, you turn into alcohol the product that you have. Flavor is secondary to availability.

Even though Alexey's more mature face makes me feel better about my thoughts of him (less pervy), when I look at him I still can't help but think of the True Blood Theme song, "I want to do bad things with you." The fact that I think of them as bad is, no doubt, remnants of my Catholic School education.

I'm going to do a video of my HIIT cardio in the woods tomorrow, which is me in a nice green skin tight under armour compression tshirt. Looks really good because it makes my bicep veins come out and my chest sticks out loads

And the latest research shows that the fleet their Chinese slaves built for them to conquer Japan, the one destroyed by the Divine Wind of Japanese history, probably fell apart in a good wind because the Chinese purposely sabotaged their ships. It was Chinese ship-building technology. They knew how to build huge sea-faring ships much bigger than the ones Europe used when it began conquering the world, and they knew how to make sure their ships would spill the Mongols into the sea. The Mongol state was called a Horde, that's about as self-incriminating as that German tribe that conquered Roman Africa, the Vandals!

It is one size too small but I'm certainly not complaining! After all, being short I have a complex that if I don't wear something tight, nobody notices! My BF thinks I'm crazy - and I probably am! LOL

I love wearing tight shirts at work. Love showing off - who doesn't? But, unfortunately, in normal working environments, many people who don't give a shit about their own bodies hate to be reminded of it by someone who is a bodybuilder, in great shape, and sexy. So, I've learned to never wear shirts that are too tight except on casual Fridays. AND I LOVE FRIDAYS!

I'm the same way at work, however at casual work events I usually get the "how can you be a lifter? All I hear you talk about when you talk at all is video games, when you talk at all" (it's not that I don't talk actually, I just find it hard as a gay male to join conversations that usually consist of talking about attractive women)

One colleague, who is gay, and who works out, gets very uncomfortable and changes the subject whenever I mention working out and my routine. He obviously works out to look better - he shops at Banana Republic and wears the form fitting shirts and pants. He's married, so it's not like he's looking. He just claims "it's only for the endorphin rush" and "to feel better." I've seen pictures, and co-workers who've worked with him a long time note that he has grown from fairly skinny into a fairly stocky, muscular build over 20 years they've worked together. I would have thought he'd be more into talking about the benefits of working out and how he enjoys it, but, no go. I'm more upfront about wanting to get bigger and stronger. I'll talk pretty frankly about my goals and how I feel much better, but I don't usually bring it up first. I've tried, with this guy, but getting him to talk is like pulling teeth.

Either way, not a lot of conversation about working out.

I agree with you, I would think he'd talk about it more. Although to be fair, I was really closed mouthed about my exercise regimens for a long time, mainly because I was surrounded by people that would deem you crazy for wanted to be healthy. It wasn't until I started talking on fitness forums to like minded people that I started enjoying talking about it, and now I tend to be the resident jock of every group I'm in lol.
