This was a very interesting report (1 & 2), though particually part one since it details history of who first made Dianabol for instance, where this came from and the experimentation that took place.

I look forward to reading part 3 and 4.

These are great perspective.
I LOVE the last article, and the doctor saying 'oh most of the doctors I know take 'hormone replacement therapy' to improve quality of life.' At least he's being honest.

RE: pro athletes and the former Steeler who has heart problems. The injustice here is that he felt OBLIGATED to do 'roids and be huge in order to stay competitive and do his job. Still, no one forced him to want to be a pro football players. It is skewed to require pro ball players to be freaks, but for an average of $250,000 salary, they need to do something to stand out.
