Dymatize Super Mass Gainer

So i just bought this supplement anyone got any reviews or thoughts on the stuff?

You've paid extra for protein that has **39 GRAMS** of added sugar per serving.

The equivalent of drinking a can of Coke mixed into your shake.

Personally I don't see the point.

I have to agree with the above post, too many mass gainers are loaded with sugar, actually Dymatize is not as bad with sugar as many others are, but when the additional calories are all simple carbohydrates that is not the best. The positive of Dymatize is that it should help a hard gainer, and it is very digestable. The factors you want to emphasize in a good mass gainer are: High Protein Content, Digestability, Low sugar and low simple carbs, and stay away from fake sweeteners---sucralose, aspartame, saccharine they are poison. Often the reviews are written by supplement store owners trying to sell product so you can't really take them seriously. There are better mass gainers out there, but most of them are worse when it comes to sugar content.
