Muscle Mask

Here's an idea for any writers without one.

Our protagonist (most likely male) goes to a mask shop to buy a mask for a party. The party is themed after the Venetian Carnival, where everyone's costume includes a mask. The mask-seeker finds a special mask that, it is revealed, makes him into the kind of massively muscular sex beast that cause the partygoers to drool over him in lust. Male, female, straight, or otherwise, he turns everyone on.

I like it, I've always loved to see descriptions in stories where guys (or gals) just turn people on, it doesn't matter if they're gay, straight, male, female, they are just the vision of human physical perfection that people cannot help but worship them. So if you'd like to write this, I would love to see it.

In the soon-to-be-murdered-without-mercy MMO City of Heroes, there is a higher end enemy called the Carnival of Shadows. They are all about masks.

They have Strongmen, but they're not masked; instead they wear iron or steel helms. They are also hugely muscled. They start out as ordinary men, but once the mask goes on they are possessed by the entity in the helm. The powerful illusionist/mentalist women (also possessed by their own masks) gradually torture them, transforming them with a final death-curse into muscular, huge men - dead, but animated.

Not QUITE as sexy as it sounds at the beginning, alas.

Cool idea! I've never been huge on "transform" stories where a character's entire identity is changed due to outside influences, but this sounds like a pretty hot scenario that could be really awesome if done well. Anyone up for the challenge?
