Walbb25 Progress Pics

Hey whats up all. Had some folks asking me about some updates so here is, I put together some photos in a yahoo album showing my progress from august of this year, some of the photos I took just last week. I decided I would take pictues about every month to keep track of my development. To give some background I was doing well in the gym this time last year, but then got the flu and kinda just never got back into the gym(8 month layoff to be exact). I lost all my muscle, it sucked really bad. I decided I better get off my ass and start working toward my goals seriously, I'm 26 and feeling like time is running out hehe. Anyway I have a training buddy this time so hopefully that will give me the needed boost to get to that next level. Right now im trying to bulk up and prolly start trying to get cut after the new year, my overall softness and fat belly are driving me crazy! Im very hard on myself and have a really bad self image problem(trying to work on that). Long term goals Id like to break 200lbs. of pure ripped muscle, and possibly compete at least once just for the experience, tho standing in front of a hundred people in a tiny posing brief is a VERY scary thought lol. But I just want to try to focus on the now and take it one day at a time. Hope to have some new good progress shots in the next couple months.

Hey man, thanks for posting the progress pics...sure don't see anything 'soft' about them! That sleeveless shirt shows off your arms well, they look really solid. Best of luck with your training and hitting 200 ripped. What are your current stats?

Hey, walbb25!

You can see excellent progress in your Oct/Nov pix relative to the earlier ones. Keep up the good work. I think your arms & shoulders look quite good. The only "needs improvement" area I see is your workout garb--get rid of the Yankees' shirt!

Definitely good improvement there. You have an excellent lean V shape there that is being accentuated as u build your upper torso. Think you have an excellent base to keep growing - alot better than some of us who just keep on the beefy side and never get as much of a lean V.

Also 26 is not too old. Probably a much better age to start when you have more maturity and money behind you. I never understand how these late teen early 20s types manage to spend so much time in the gym or so much money on supplements/gear when you'd think they'd be doing student stuff, either studies or hanging out.
Just try and keep focussed on some practical goals. Seeing the change in the pics even in that short time must be hugely motivating.

Wow thanks for the comments guys, helps motivate me even more. Current stats are im 5'9 168-171lbs, fluctuates daily, chest 41, arms 15, waist 33(way too big i know but im bulking right now), calfs 15, thighs im not sure cuz i dont know where to measure them at exactly. Thanks again guys for the positive comments.

Hey, thought i'd chime in here; Excellent progress there. I do agree, the pics in the blue tank show off some good arm and shoulder size and definition. Also, looking at pic13, one can see great lat development as well as a good waist to upper torso ratio. So keep at it mate, your doing very well ! You'll be at 200lbs in no time!
