What kind of workout should I be doing?

Hey guys I need a little help trying to build a good routine. I recently got a bench, with some weird leg attachment for leg curs, a bar for lat pull downs, and it also has come with interchangeable dumbbells. Now I have lifted in the past a little but not enough for me to say I am an intermediate lifter. Anyone have any advice?

I am 20 6'7'' 210 pounds but pretty skinny. Also I use to have a diet going but that fell apart once I went back to college.
