| My Lil' Transformation. But, I've been on a little weight loss journey over the last 18 months. I started at 6'3, 330lbs I am currently 6'4, 215lbs as of this morning. | Just great!!! My hat is off to you, my friend. You've done something that most people only talk about doing: totally transforming your life and body into what you want it to be. The before and after pictures are amazing, but don't even begin to hint at the amount of work and dedication you put into your diet and workouts during the time between each picture. People want to jump immediately to the "after" picture, but few have the will to earn that victory. Best wishes to you as you continue to take charge of your life. You look GREAT!
