| Evan Centopani Mamma mia! Worth watching? Hard to take your eyes off this guy. A 23-year old Fairfield University grad from Connecticut who's 5'11", 237 pounds and won last year's Atlantic States. | Matt Tsinkorang Just turned 24, he's from Saskatchewan--half Ghanaian (father), half Scots/Ukrainian (mother). Although Matt's trained for a number of years, he first competed in 2005 at several Musclemania competitions. He's 5'6" and 174 lbs. | Shabab Karimi A California amateur BB, he's 6' and 225 lbs. Shabab graduated from San Diego State and is in his mid-twenties. He's competed in a number of SOCAL shows the past few years, finishing in the top three of his weight class. | Charles Turner I've posted a couple pics of him on other threads, but here's the full treatment. He's 5'10" and has competed at 184 lbs. in several California contests this year and last, placing first or second in his weight class. Charles is single, from Rancho Cucamonga and is a personal trainer and Max Muscle manager. At this point, he has a classic swimmer's build with some extra muscle, but his face and one particular body part are already championship level. | They are from the October issue of Muscular Development. It traces the steps Evan took from 115 pound first-grader to a "chubby, but solid 220 pounds" in the eighth grade. He then began running around his neighborhood, up to five miles eventually, burning his weight down to 165 pounds. Then he started hitting the weights. By his senior year in high school, he was back up to 220 pounds, but it was all muscle on his 5'11" frame, with 20" guns. He really does not keep track of their size, he admits, but last he checked three years ago, they were a little over 21" and he estimates his off-season weight of 270, they probably reach 23" pumped. He is on the cover, you can't miss it. It is a must-grab!  Same goes for the November M&F, it has a feature on wheelchair champ Colt Wynn. |
