Changing Things Up Today is February 1st and I am changing up my workouts. I?ve heard it?s a good idea to change your workout every so often, and so I?m switching exercises on everything for the next 6 weeks. Today was chest and back day and while I?ve had to go to smaller weights to get things done, I?m already feeling really sore. Tomorrow should be interesting. Anyone else adjust their workouts periodically? bulkybud |

I just switched to a superslow all body workout 4 times a week. Before that I was doing Mentzer heavy duty training. Before that I was on a 20 rep squats routine. Its good to mix it up and even mix up your goals with periodic bulk and cut programs. Working out can get tedious if you don't mix it up. |

My trainer change my workout schedule in every 1 week. every week we try new workout plans because as you grow the diet plans are changed and the workout schedule slow down. |
