I love the big developed bodies of bodybuilders like everyone else around here,
but am I the only one to notice the loss of that smile in the first picture. It was
an intelligent and generous smile. Sometimes men gain by getting big but sometimes they lose something that's special and even rare.

What's interesting in that American Muscle Before and After clip is those guys were all 80% of the way to their pro size while still in their teens. Just shows what a huge factor genetics is in bodybuilding. The only pro I have ever seen who didn't have obvious potential in his youth was Flex Wheeler, who looked like a plucked chicken.

Check out Bodybuilding.com's Transformation of the Week with recent standouts Daniel Chavez who lost 19.3% of bodyfat and teenager Tan Xueming who gained 50lbs. in 2 years.

Hey O, good stuff there! I think one of the most impressive (AMAZING and AWESOME, I should say) transformations on that site is Brian Strider. He went from a 125 lbs entering college to 255 lbs at 20yo! And WOW, what a job he did! I have a great respect for it since I came out of college at 23yo at the very skinny weight of 135 lbs at 5'10" height. I would say you made quite an amazing transformation NCB. Definately something to be proud of and good inspiration for those of us still on that road of transformation.

Really nice transformation. He's WAY TOO YOUNG to be juicing though. You really should work natural at first, especially young guys, until you at least start to reach your genetic potential. This kid WAS makin plenty of natural Test that he hadn't even tapped, now, lookin at the gyno he's usin way too heavy and has shut down completely. Fantasy is great but when usin drugs you gotta keep it real. I wanna play but I don't wanna pay (the health price). I was stackin Test, deca, d-bol and tren once- thankfully I could FEEL I was headin for a total overload and cut way back. To each his own though (SMILE)!!!

NC, I think we spoke a long time ago, good to see you are still around and hitting the weights pretty hard, you look huge!

Transformations are always great to see, and to me they are the BEST motivators! I can remeber seeing old before pictures of Paul Dillett (I think it was Paul Dillett) when he was young...talk about a BEANPOLE! To this day STILL cannot believe it is him....

Watch Joe lose his baby fat and turn it to muscle. He says he's only 16 years old, 5'2" and currently at 125lbs. down from 148lbs. Should be interesting when he works his way back up to that weight and more.
