```but Chris is 49.That's part of why I couldn't recognise him.I remember him as being 6yrs. younger than me.& shorter.(his eye color may also have changed,but that's no biggie)The weird thing was that we could stand face-to-face,remembering old times together & he never looked like"Chris".& he's a very nice guy with great cuts&AMAZING mass!

As I said;I hadn't planned this trip so much,so we were actually relaxing & after 2mo. of strict dieting,enjoying eating & drinking.The plan for Closing Ceremonies was to arrive & leave early;avoiding Liza Minnelli at all costs.My buddy wanted to hang out & dangle his feet in the fountains at their performing arts center....we ended up arriving as everyone was leaving the arena.I was a bit pissed,'cause pre-closing ceremonies is when folks exchange pins & t-shirts,etc.;kind of a tradition.We hadn't been to any big dances.(In Sydney,we went to a small event just for bodybuilders,their Black Party & the Closing Party dance;which had the most,hottest men in one place at one time EVER!!!)Tickets for the final"Soul"party were $95 each & we hadn't gotten any.We had written it off;but my buddy woke up at 1AM & worried he was missing something.We went back to bed.(Friends later told us it wasn't so great)It was the last day in Montreal;their"Pride Day".We hung out on Catherine St. one last time.They had a "tea-dance" area ,but we didn't go in.Finally,I said to my buddy:"You've been talking about the strip clubs since you got here.If we don't go,you'll kick yourself forever!"Which leads to our final episode....

We gathered up our Portland pals & headed off to the strip club!There are 3 big clubs.One is"Campus";young twinks(not my thing).Another advertised a "Ladies' Night",which is just WRONG! We chose "STOCK" (must be short for"LIVESTOCK"!)We got there at 10 of 9.Nobody around."Show starts at 9.",the waiter said.We got the prime table,at the foot of the runway,right by the pole!On the dot,a muscly,handsome tan guy with long hair comes out & struts his stuff!We tossed some money on the runway...He came by our table,thanked us & said,"I'll be back,later..."Sure enough,he was soon back on stage,this time naked;VERY excited about his work & happy to shove a few 5's up his ass!We never saw him again;but he was followed by a Tom Cruise look-alike with a GREAT smile;a VERY handsome blond with a tight body & a lot of pep;A tall,lean kid who wasn't attracting much attention,so we tipped him extra...a Latin,thuggy-looking guy with a great body who kept bouncing his pecs at us from the wings....a dark-haired,hairy ADONIS with a perfect,classical body who also specialised in a shower act on a side-stage!!!...a huge,muscular guy who got so excited onstage he had an EPIPHANY right in front of us!!!The place was getting packed now & we had the best seats in the house!A tall bodybuilder who couldn't dance a lick(funny how much difference that makes!)A steamy,muscular,tan Australian with a MEGA-BUBBLE butt that wouldn't quit!!! & "BIG BEN"!!!! HUGE bodybuilder! Handsome ! RUGGED!!! EXTREMELY excited about his work!!!!(must be an accu-jack backstage!)& you've all heard about the "Tower of Big Ben"?!!He earned 20'S!!!But we were almost the only ones throwing money in a packed house!At first I attributed it to Canadian cheapness.Then a very pretty Spanish-Arab stripper told us it wasn't proper to throw money on the stage...So how did they make money?(the other boys weren't complaining!)The Tom Cruise type explained it...they'd drop by the tables.....if you wanted to go backstage,a private dance was $10,a feel(through clothes)was $20.But they weren't alowed to come right out & ask!So all these beauties that dropped by our table to chat(& scurried off when we didn't"get it")were looking for a"bonus"!We were clueless,but having a terrific time!We had a bus to catch at 11:45,but REALLY didn't want to leave....Our Portland friends had rented 2apts.in the working-class neighborhood & one of their friends had left early.Did we want to stay an extra day?"YAAAAAAAYYYY!!!!"YOU BET WE DID!!!We left the club about 2:AM.Slept.Had a BEAUTIFUL,HUGE breakfast.(Trust me,St.Rachel is where the food is!)Headed home.Hope this wasn't too boring for you.We had a WONDERFUL time!!

"CBS on LOGO"is doing a report on the 2 Gay Games.It's only 1/2 hr. long.Most of the footage is from Chicago;although they mention that those who went to both preferred Montreal.Bodybuilding gets short-shrift,but lots of shots of cute boys.Games will be in separate years(Copenhagen Outgames'09; Cologne Gay Games '10) so there won't be as direct competition between the two groups.Logo repeats their stuff a lot,so you should be able to catch it sometime this month.I strongly urge anyone who has considered competing to do so.Like my buddy said;"It's just so different doing a vacation with a PURPOSE!" Lotsa fun,too!
