Hey Diego,

You're looking great at 80kg! As I've told you before, bulking definitely agrees with you. You have definitely increased your muscle size while still maintaining a lean appearance. As far as I'm concerned, on to 90kg! Congratulations and keep it up!!

Thanks for your comments. I will keep you posted. I have two weeks more for bulking up then I plan to lean down a bit to get some nice cuts.

42 days for bigger muscles

It came to my hands a pdf book called "bigger muscles in 42 days" It is a pretty old book now. The author is Ellington Darden.

I think it is a good excuse to post my progress in these 42 days . One day at the time. I lost almost 4 kg due to the change in alimentation and routine, and I want those 8 pounds back!!!

Your comments or suggestions will be more than appreciated.

Today I couldn't workout because French gyms are closed at 9 p.m. and I finally found this place with "dumbbells" It was kind of weird that I was happy to see a dumbell. But the fact is that this gym, where I am now, only has machines because the french philosophy is that with machines people don't get hurt.

Besides that, people here don't like much bodybuilders and I haven't seen many of them around. I have been here for a month now and they don't give life signals.
