Dad's growing Muscle Son Hmmm...where to start. Well I've been lifting weights for most of my life since I was 13. I was just kind of a normal kid growing up. Not really big and not really small. Lifted weights all through college and put on some decent size. Finally got up to 210lbs at 6'0 tall during my last year of college. I met my Muscle Dad shortly after that who is a noncompetitive but very well built body builder. I've always wanted to get really big and I talk to him all the time about it. So he finally convinced me to do a cycle and now I'm about 3 weeks into it and seeing some really good gains so I thought I would start a log here. I started 3 weeks ago at 213lbs. And now I'm right at 226. I've lost a good bit of bodyfat too, going from 17% to 14%. I was really hesitant about the cycle but the feeling is incredible. I feel like a total beast now in the gym and watching myself blow up almost to the size of my Dad is really hot. I'll try to keep this log updated as frequently as possible. Well, off to the gym.... |
