Starting to grow Hey Guys, Just thought i would start posting some pics so you all can see the growth so far too. The pics range from my starting about 3 weeks ago. I go 5 times a week and focus ons specific areas everyday. If any of you have any thoughts or comments go ahead and give them cause I am always looking for CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and anyone looking to help bulk me up i would be extremely happy to have you help. The biceps and forearms look great. Triceps look good to, but to me they seem dwarfed by the ball of biceps. You might be pleasantly surprised if you tweak your tricep routine a bit. I only mean that constructively. Over-all it looks like you are getting nice shape. |

Good progress. Very good progress! Your bicep looks large and full in the pic of you in the maroon T-shirt and you have a fairly long bicep muscle which should fill out your arm as you get bigger. Also, you are fortunate in that you look pretty lean and will not have to lose much body fat to gain lean muscle and get ripped. Keep it up (gains may be rapid at first, then might taper off and, if they do, just be patient and adjust your workouts and diet accordingly). Don't be rigid regarding your diet and workouts. Look at and listen to your body and make frequent adjustments when needed depending on which bodyparts grow and which ones lag. Just my 2 cents worth from what I have learned while bodybuilding. |

thanks . Yea it was a lot of weight at first and had to change out a lot of clothes so i was very happy to actually know that i am growing. . And thanks for the 2 cents i always like hearing others thoughts |

I love dips, push-downs, and French curls. Just pump them up as huge as those those bis! I find that triceps need more reps than bis do to fully pump up: they are larger muscles. Whatever you are doing, it is obviously working. |

I hope they work well for you. I'm just trying to name off things I think help me. I want to second what MLMuscle said & say to play around. Try all sorts of exercises, routines, diets, rep ranges, etc. I have found that there are no rules except that you need to keep you muscles guessing! Although, as quickly as you've been getting results, you must be doing something right! |

whatever it is you're doing, keep at it. You're building up quite nicely. One suggestion: change your routine every now and then. I think 8 weeks is the recommend time period, but I'm going to let someone correct me on that. |

Thanks guys! Always thankful for the encouragement!!! Still working out fell off the wagon for a week because of finals but working to get back on and start hulking out of my clothes and becoming the 200 guy I wanna become! |

The best way for anyone - that knows what they are talking about - to give you objective criticism on what you might want to consider more when bodybuilding is to take a look at you from as many angles as possible. Usually that can be taken care of by front, back and side pics of yourself, so the whole body can be analyzed... I mean, that's just my opinion. |
