 Getting in shape! Turning my life around Hey Guys, I've been a quiet member for several years but never really had the motivation to lift or stay consistent. Spent my early 20s eating crap and ruining my body. I finally got to a point last December where I had to make a change in my life before things got any worse. Now I'm making progress and getting healthier. Some things I will never recover from, but I hope to get so shredded that it just won't matter! lol. Anyway, still learning and gaining momentum, and now getting to a point where I really want to step everything up to the next level and really keep this going. So any and all advice is appreciated! Thanks! Basic info: 26 years old, 5'7". Weight in December 2012 - 214.3. Weight in May 2013 - 183.0.
