Sugar withdrawl I'm on a new diet. I've only been on it for about 5 1/2 weeks. since late last week I've been feeling tired, slight dizzy, lethargic (just don't want to move), and can't think or sleep well. I think I also have a slight cold but I also think I'm experanceing sugar withdrawl. Anybody know of ways to lessen the effects? or know how long it will last? I don't dare try to opperate heavy machinery (like driving to use heavy weights) because of the effects. __________________ I'm crazy, but who isn't? before I forget (and since I can't edit the post.) I've lost approx 25 labs and 4% fat since starting that diet and exercise program. __________________ I'm crazy, but who isn't? (If you want to go blind my Bodyspace: http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/FenrisByakko/) |

Its better to leave taking that because that is the thing which causes obesity and diabetes at the same time. According to me its better to take it as less as we can. That is the need of this era because almost each food contain sugar. |

You just have to work through it, that means eating healthy full meals, more meals a day will keep your energy higher than just 3 big meals. Do not give up on lifting and if you are really that light-headed it is not just sugar withdrawal. The one thing that gives you more energy is exercise, resting too much does not improve your situation over the long run. |

Healthy eating Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it?s about feeling great, having more energy, stabilizing your mood, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible?all of which can be achieved by learning some nutrition basics and using them in a way that works for you. You can expand your range of healthy food choices and learn how to plan ahead to create and maintain a tasty, healthy diet. |

To set yourself up for success, think about planning a healthy diet as a number of small, manageable steps rather than one big drastic change. If you approach the changes gradually and with commitment, you will have a healthy diet sooner than you think. |
