ways for muscle groth

hello friends what are the ways for the muscle growth for me because my weight is only 36 kg.. so please suggest me the ways for my muscle growth??

36kg = 79lbs

According to this chart http://www.kids-health.co.uk/wp-cont...-Children1.png 79lbs is considered exceptionally underweight for the type of person who uses this forum (i.e someone who is 1.52 or taller. My advice would be to see your physician first and see a gym when you are nearer to 100lbs in weight.

I agree see a physician first, but diet is going to be very important, you need to eat more than you are presently eating and more often. Try to eat 6 complete meals a day instead of the typical 3 meals.
